Welcome to the Legal Theses Contribution Area. Before you
contribute any thesis, please read our Copyright Protection
Policy carefully (Please note that in this contribution area
we only accept legal theses in English version. If you want
to contribute a legal thesis in Chinese version, please click
here).
1. The contributor is responsible for all the copyright
disputes concerning the thesis he contributed.
If you claim copyright of the thesis you contribute, we
assume that you have written the thesis yourself. If you recommend
a legal thesis written by others, please make sure that such
recommendation is permitted by the related third parties,
including but not limited to the author and publisher. If
any copyright dispute arises, FL365 shall suspend the distribution
of the thesis. If the thesis you contribute is found to have
infringed upon other's copyright, FL365 shall delete it immediately
at its sole discretion. The contributor must bear all the
liabilities for the infringement, including all the damages
incurred upon FL365.
2. The contributor is responsible for the content of
the thesis he contributed.
The thesis shall not contain any of the following content
that
1) In violation of the constitutional principles of PRC;
2) Is detrimental to the unity, sovereignty or integrity of
the territory;
3) Is detrimental to the security, honor or interest of PRC;
4) Instigates the splittism of nationalities or discriminates
against the customs and habits of Chinese minor nationalities;
5) Defames, abuses or threatens others, or contains vulgar,
obscene or indecent language or images;
6) Is harassing, hateful or racially offensive;
7) Violates other related laws or regulations of PRC.
Should any such content is found in the legal thesis, FL365
shall delete it from our thesis database or refuse to put
it on stock of our law store. The contributor must bear all
the liabilities for violation of laws and regulations of PRC,
and pay any damages incurred upon FL365.
3. Royalties and Commissions
1) If the thesis contributed was written by yourself, and
the thesis has been accepted by us, a contract is deemed established
between you and FL365.com. The contract shall last ten years,
and within this period we offer you a royalty of 20% of the
sales income of the thesis. We may resume the contract after
its expiration (According to the Copyright Law of PRC, the
copyright owner of a thesis is entitled to claim copyright
all his life plus 50 years after one's decease).
2) If the thesis contributed was written by others, and
you recommend the thesis to us, a contract is deemed established
between you and FL365.com. The contract shall be valid for
ten years, during which period you shall enjoy a commission
of 5% of the sales income of the thesis and the copyright
owner shall enjoy a royalty of 15% of the sales income. we
may resume the contract after its expiration.
4. Payment of Royalities/Commissions
Once the thesis is accepted by us, we will open an account
in the name of the contributor/copyright owner. The royalities/commissions
shall be proportioned to the account automatically each time
the thesis is purchased. The contributor/copyright owner may
check or draw the account any time.
5. Other Arrangements
You understand and agree with the following arrangements:
1) If you are the copyright owner of the thesis, within two
(2) years of contributing your thesis, you should not authorize
any third party to publish or distribute the thesis on the
Internet, in whole or in part, or in any other name, or with
substantially the same content. If we find such violation,
we has the sole discretion to terminate the payment of royalties,
and reserve the right to claim damages.
2) We keep the right to set and adjust the price of the thesis
you contribute. For the purpose of promotion or academic exchange,
we may offer the theses free with prior approval of the copryright
owners.
3) If we want to make substantial changes to the thesis,
we shall obtain the prior approval of the copyright owner,
but not necessarily the contributor.
4) If, within the contract period, we authorize any third
party to re-distribute the thesis of your own authorship,
we shall obtain your prior approval and share with you 40%
of the income from such authorization.
